At Dude Dad, we want you to love your gear as much as your kids love waking you up at 5:00 AM. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Place your items in the original packaging or a secure mailer and attach the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop and Relax

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; we will process your refund or ship your exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
